To help me fix reminder problems quickly:

  1. In ShopCue, open Settings → Send Feedback and tap Copy next to app details, then paste them into your email.
  2. If a reminder came late or didn't come, you can also attach the diagnostics file from the same screen. It contains the stores ShopCue watched and when reminders fired — only send it if you're comfortable with that.

Common questions

Why does ShopCue need "Always" location?

So iOS can wake it when you reach a store, even when the app isn't open. ShopCue doesn't track you continuously, and location never leaves your phone.

I didn't get a reminder.

Check that notifications and "Always" location are on (Settings → Permissions & Privacy in ShopCue shows both), and that the store has items and reminders turned on. On the free plan, only your 3 oldest stores remind you; the rest show an "Unlimited" lock.

How do I restore ShopCue Unlimited on a new phone?

Settings → Restore Purchase, signed in with the same Apple Account. Family Sharing members get it automatically.
