These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Tactile application ("Tactile", "the app"). By downloading or using Tactile, you agree to these Terms. Your use of the app is also subject to Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement.
You are granted a personal, non-transferable license to use Tactile on Apple devices you own or control, in accordance with these Terms and Apple's App Store terms.
You retain all rights to the haptic patterns you create with Tactile, and to any code or files you export from it (including AHAP and generated Swift). You are free to use exported output in your own projects, commercial or otherwise, with no obligation to Tactile or its developer.
You agree not to reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the app except to the extent permitted by law, and not to use the app for any unlawful purpose.
Tactile is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. The developer does not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that generated output will meet your requirements.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the app.
These Terms may be updated from time to time; the current version will always be posted on this page.
