These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Code Complete application ("Code Complete", "the app"). By downloading or using Code Complete, you agree to these Terms. Your use of the app is also subject to Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement.
You are granted a personal, non-transferable license to use Code Complete on Apple devices you own or control, in accordance with these Terms and Apple's App Store terms.
The exercises, tests and reference solutions are adapted from the Exercism JavaScript track and are used under the MIT License, which is reproduced in full in the app under Settings → Acknowledgements. The hints are original to Code Complete.
You retain all rights to the code you write in Code Complete. You are free to use it however you like, with no obligation to the app or its developer.
You agree not to reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the app except to the extent permitted by law, and not to use the app for any unlawful purpose.
Code Complete is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. The developer does not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that exercises, tests or hints are free of mistakes.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the app.
These Terms may be updated from time to time; the current version will always be posted on this page.
